The Ministry of Transport of Afghanistan (MOT) is intend to award the contract, Purchasing of Total Stations (Leica Viva TS16I) or Equivalent for National Rural Access Program, Ministry of Transport Under the contract No: MPW/WB/ARTF-IDA/ARAP/GDS/KBL/KBL/018/C2/001-REBID to JV Wakeel Pirzad Logistic Services Company and Sultan Mukhtar Trading Company Address; Kart-e- Parwan, Hesa-e- Dowam near to Naderia High School, District 4, Kabul, Kabul-Afghanistan , with License ID: D-79613 and Hesa-e- Awal Khairkhana, Kabul, Kabul Afghanistan With license ID: (D-51055), in the amount of AFN 13,106,310.00 (Afghani, Thirteen Million One Hundred and Six Thousand Three Hundred and Ten Only) Bidders and individuals who appeal reconsideration or have any objection, they can submit their application within 7 days to the Ministry of Transportation from the date of announcement.

This notification does not constitute award of contract. The contract shall not be awarded until the notice provided elapsed and complaints, if any received, is addressed in compliance with appeal and review manual.
