Subject: Notification of Intention to Award for Consultancy Services for Feasibility study And Detailed Engineering Design and project report of Khak e Jabar - Azra to Zazai Aryoub Paktiya province Road Project With total length 95 km (Ref. No.: NPA/MPW/97/Cs-2268/QCBS/ICB)
Please be informed that the procurement process for the subject assignment has been completed. Ministry of Transport (MOT) now intends to enter into a Contract at the total value of 1,246,336 USD [One million two hundred forty six thousand & three hundred thirty six, United State Dollars], inclusive of local indirect taxes, with the successful consultant, namely: Mega Engineering Consulting Inc. who obtained the highest combined Technical and Financial score.
The Firms or any individual who wants debriefing on any issue related to this procurement may request so in writing within 7 days from the date of issue of this award Notice to MOT at the address/email addresses provided below. MOT shall immediately provide a written response to all such requests.
